All products supplied by Vexor are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not approved as drugs, food, cosmetics, medical devices or household chemicals. They must not be administered to humans or animals. By purchasing you confirm you are a qualified researcher 18+ and accept full legal responsibility for their handling and use.
Shipping
Orders confirmed before 2pm AEST ship the same business day via express courier (Australia-wide). Tracking numbers are emailed once dispatched. Free shipping on orders over $250. Vexor is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Payment
Orders are processed via PayID or direct bank transfer only. Payment instructions are emailed with your invoice. Orders are dispatched once funds clear (typically same day for PayID).
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We cannot refund products that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored incorrectly.
Privacy
We collect only the information required to process and dispatch your order. We never sell or share customer data with third parties. All packaging is discreet and unbranded.
